01Using this website

• Content on this website is for general information about our services and may change without notice.
• You may not copy, scrape or reuse our text, designs, code or images without written permission.
• Do not submit false information, malicious code or spam through our forms.

02Quotations and projects

• Prices on the website are starting prices. The final scope, timeline and price are set in a written proposal.
• Work starts after the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance is received.
• Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
• Timelines depend on timely content, feedback and approvals from the client.

03Payments and taxes

• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice or proposal.
• GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock media and ad spend are billed or paid separately unless the proposal says otherwise.

04Ownership and confidentiality

After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables made specifically for them, excluding third-party software, licensed assets and our reusable tools and frameworks. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to. Both parties keep each other’s confidential information private.

05Liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Search rankings, ad results and third-party platform decisions (Google, Meta and others) cannot be guaranteed. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, to the extent permitted by law.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, courts at Bharuch, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
